Dr. Katrin Frank (formerly Wick) has been working as a lawyer since 2019 and joined the team at schilling tute in August 2025.

After studying law with a focus on criminal law and working at the department of criminal law at Philipps University of Marburg, as well as in a research project for the Federal Ministry of Justice, she completed her doctorate at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg on a topic in criminal procedural law. She then worked as a lawyer in the white-collar teams at Clifford Chance and Feigen Graf in Frankfurt.

Her practice covers individual defence in white-collar criminal law and criminal tax law matters, as well as the representation of corporate clients, including cross-border cases. She specialises in property offences and tax crimes, including cum/ex proceedings. Another focus of her work is medical criminal law – both in the defence of doctors and medical staff, and of managing directors in cases of criminal offences and breaches of duty of care. She also has extensive experience in conducting internal investigations.

Dr. Katrin Frank frequently publishes articles on topics related to criminal (tax) law and criminal procedural law. She is regularly recommended in legal rankings and industry magazines in the field of white-collar and criminal tax law.
