Dr. Yannic Hübner has been a lawyer since 2020. Prior to that, he was a paralegal in the White Collar, Regulatory & Compliance practice group at Clifford Chance. He also worked with Prof. Dr. Matthias Jahn's Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Economic Criminal Law and Legal Theory at the Goethe University, Frankfurt, and as a paralegal at kempf schilling + partner Rechtsanwälte from 2015 to 2020. During his legal clerkship he worked, inter alia, for the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in New York.

His doctoral thesis in criminal law was awarded the Werner Pünder Prize and the Dissertation Prize from the German Criminal Lawyers Association (“Deutsche Strafverteidiger e.V.“). He regularly publishes in professional journals, and since 2021 has been a lecturer at the Goethe University, Frankfurt, in the fields of criminal law, criminal procedure, white-collar crime, and legal theory.

He advises and represents individuals and companies in all areas of white-collar and criminal tax law. He has been recognised in legal industry rankings as a particularly qualified lawyer of the younger generation.
